Interesting that a major news organization publishes a story about Realtors predicting that home prices will recover soon.

I guess I have to ask: "What did you expect them to say?"

Realtors are always going to say that.

A big thing now with big real estate companies is making money on parts of the real estate transaction other than the brokerage fees. That means mortgage, title, warranty, and insurance.
